Shillingstone

We have a current Planning Application for a bespoke scheme of 7 village style homes comprising 2 and 3 bedroom cottages, a characterful bungalow, and two 3 bedroom detached homes, all following a similar rural theme to our successful development at Shepherds’ Walk, West Stafford, with excellent landscaping and attention to detail.

Manor Farm, Winterbourne Abbas, Dorset

We are currently working towards Planning Consent for a sensitively created scheme of 32 characterful homes within an existing farm courtyard setting in this pretty Dorset village, just 5 miles West of Dorchester. The project will include the retention of several interesting buildings and the preservation of an historic barn as a designated bat roost. We are also making provision for a childrens’ play area, improved links to existing footpaths and parking/drop off facilities for the village school. The scheme also creates and utilises an environmentally friendly surface water management scheme which will benefit the wider community. We will keep you posted as matters progress….
